Design & Concept Stage

This stage needs to determine: customer requirements, drawings, directions, project briefs, design renderings, business plans and other input information.

Chassis Data Stage

We will conduct research and judgment according to the information obtained in the previous step, make 3D data of the relevant chassis scheme and provide electrical system solutions and layout schemes.

Chassis First Prototype

Make a preliminary chassis sample based on 3D data.

Clay Modeling Production

According to the first version of the chassis frame sample to make related renderings or directly build the clay modeling.

3D Data Rapid Prototyping

According to the clay modeling, the measurement point is reversed and the 3D data model is made.

Prototype Test

Organize all the required parts for the first version according to the solution of the whole vehicle, and carry out the production and verification of the first version of the prototype.

Open Mold

The factory will open the mold according to the sample data to ensure the consistency and accuracy of production

Small-Lot Production
